We have 30 spaces for motivated people who want to have a great time learning new exercises while working hard in the fresh air!
If your tired of your normal gym routine, want to get out into the fresh air and sunshine (fingers crossed!) and experience what proper, old school exercise is like then look no further!
Bath personal trainer Chris Rogers and his team are putting on a 2 hour fitness, kettlebell and strongman/girl bootcamp session that will on Saturday 3rd July at 11AM (There is no kettlebell bootcamp this week so you will be raring to go!)
We will be using -

- Battling ropes
- Sledge Hammers
- Sled drags
- The natural landscape around us!
- Much more!

The Royal Crescent Bath or Victoria Park (where the Fayre usually is), Bath depending upon events/room.
This is open to ALL! All ages and all levels of fitness, so bring your friends, relatives and enemies! Let them get a taste of what training should be like! If you know of someone interested please let me know!
