I wanted to talk to you all about pull ups and chin ups…and how to get good at them! Personaltrainerbath.com knows that they are probably the best back exercise and are one of the best upper body exercises you can perform. They are great for strength, fat loss, fitness and weight loss! The problem is most people find them really tough, so much so that they shy away from them. The people that do include chin ups/pull ups usually cheat and do them incorrectly.
